J. Martins is ‘Relentless’ on the Cover of MyStreetz Magazine

Lovers of music magazine, MyStreetz are in for a treat as international pop star J. Martins is ‘relentless’ on the cover of the publication’s latest edition which hits stores soon.
According to Sesan Adeniji, Publisher of Mystreetz Magazine,

“With the reception that followed the recent celebration of Ebenezer Obey’s Evergreen Music, and the hype that surrounds King Sunny Ade’s 50 years on stage, one can conclude that whatever is unique will always find space in the face of trending substance.  What made these artistes Legends all these years is because their sound distinctively stands out amongst their peers.  How many of today’s trending artistes in the Nigerian music scene will command such respect in the next twenty years?
As I search for answers to this question, if all things remain the same, few names such as Asa, Tu Face, Burna Boy, Sound Sultan and especially J.Martins to mention a few, will stand the chance to attain such a legendary statue. What J.Martins brings to the music scene from inception, is nothing short of class and a unique sound that is tapped from the accumulated work of several of Nigerian and African great Highlife icons. J.Martins’ endless quest for fresh sound in the face of trending sound performed by his peers, has justified his success in the Nigerian music industry and Africa at large. He is constantly pushing the envelope for greater music union within the African scene; he has arguably unified the African sound. Welcome to the world of The Relentless J.Martins.
At Mystreetz Magazine, we will constantly tell the stories of the Nigerian music industry based on the facts of the content and not dictated by trend; The story of the ordinary achievers like you and me, The story of the guy/girl on the radio/Tv stations tirelessly airing the music, those producing the music, the stylist, photographers, makeup artists, the song writers, journalist and most especially the amazing fans adding value. This is history worth sharing.
This edition will be at all newsstands soon!”
