Nicki Minaj Wears Nipple Pasties, Thong and Handcuffs for Halloween (PHOTOS)

 Nicki Minaj one-upped Miley Cyrus on Halloween.

While Cyrus went single nipple pastie for her Lil Kim homage, Minaj opted to reveal a lot more in a double-pastie, fishnets and leather thong ensemble, complete with handcuffs (see right and below).

“Officer Minaj. Who wants to get cuffed?” the rapper wrote on Instagram.

It looks like she had a fun evening.
