BUSTED: Police arrests 25-year-old fake soldier in Lagos

The end of the road recently came for 25 year old Ifeanyi Ofoegbu who had been in the habit of parading himself as a military officer and using this as an excuse to terrify innocent citizens around his Bariga, Lagos home.
