The 32-year-old singer turned up the heat even in that chilly climate thanks to her see-through black mini dress

Her latest album has already sold more than 1 million copies on iTunes so Beyonce had every reason to celebrate.

Beyonce stepped lively in a pair of thigh-high, peep-toe boots that were made of the same material and design as the dress.
She wore her light-blonde, waist-length hair loose and straight with just a hint of curl around the ends.
