Wizkid Arrested for Smoking Weed in Kenya ?

Wizkid was reportedly arrested for smoking weed in Kenya. According to Kenyan publication, the Standard Digital News...

Wizkid was arrested from his Nairobi Crown Plaza hotel room on Saturday afternoon and quizzed by police only hours before his flight back to Lagos.
The arrest was in connection with allegations that he was caught smoking illegal substances.

According to our sources, Wizkid was caught smoking ‘weed’ inside the hotel in which smoking is prohibited. The hotel’s Front Officer asked him why he was smoking before the two got into a heated argument attracting security officers who ended up calling the police to arrest him.

'Political Thugs, Robbers now parade themselves as our members'-Boko Haram Sec.General confirms ceasefire

Despite the recent attack by suspected Boko Haram members in Adamawa,Self acclaimed secretary General of Boko Haram, Mallam Danladi Ahmadu have said that the group’s cases fire agreement with the Federal Government is very much on course.

Ahmadu spoke in the Hausa Service of  Voice Of America VOA and disclosed that the final meeting between the group and the Federal Government to finally seal the ceasefire agreement has been scheduled for Monday in Ndjamana, Chad and to be supervised by the Chadian leader, Idris Derby.

According to Vanguard, he also said Chibok Girls would surely be released on Monday to the Chadian President, Idriss Derby for onward presentation to the Nigerian government.

Commenting on the latest kidnap of over 40 women and girls in the border villages between Adamawa and Borno states, the Secretary General maintained that as far as the Boko Haram is concern it is not aware of the latest kidnap and attacks.

 Nollywood actress/ beauty queen turned nurse ,Regina Askia has taken a brave decision to work at a US Ebola Center.Regina who works at a hospital in NewYork  was asked to look for volunteers to work at the center, but on a second thought, the mother of 3 decided to join as a volunteer .She announced on facebook

My job was looking for Nurses to volunteer for the Ebola center which was moved from our building to another location. My male colleagues said they would do it for 200 dollars per hour, ....C'mon Regina , gotta get on the team...they said. I was not smiling (I am captain of my 3 kid team). Not one female nurse volunteered (lol). We ALL had to demonstrate proper use of PPE equipment and be proficient with the Ebola protocol. I was full of thoughts as I watched the display, hoods, masks, gowns, boots....almost like a nightmare. Home news had it that Nigerians washed their hands, didn't hug as much, monitored their temps and on the first signs of malaise drank the ORT (oral rehydration therapy) until symptoms passed. Were we once again trying to kill mosquitoes with bazookas? I wasn't going to wait to find out. In a daze I got with the program to become "an Ebola ready Nurse". More power to all the nurses on the grind - Goodluck!!

Boko Haram Abducts 60 Women in Adamawa

Despite the purported ceasefire, Sixty women were reportedly abducted by suspected members of the deadly Boko Haram sect at Waga Mangoro and Garta villages, both in  Adamawa State during a fresh attack.

Whilst 40 women were said to have been abducted from Waga Mangoro, 20 were forcibly uprooted from their homes in Garta.
